Playsafe Holding assets on sell to Julian International Holdings

It has been made public that Playsafe Holding is selling its assets to Julian International Holdings. Playsafe Holding had done this sale so that it can focus on its software business and on the development of a B2B platform for poker games.

Regarding the terms and conditions of the transaction, Ecom Enterprise, a subsidiary of Playsafe Holding, has sold its assets to Julian International, including PokerinCanada.com, TigerGaming.com, ActionPoker and PayNoRake.com and Action Commerce Ltd.

The payment will consist of upfront payment and balancing payment to come in the next coming years. ActionPokerNetwork.com and ActionPoker.com of Playsafe Holding domains were not subject to the sale.

Even so, the customers of ActionPoker.com will be transferred to Julian International with a new network names Chico Poker, from December.
